Though Disrupt was established in 2017, founders, Emily and Sam have been shaking up the real estate world for much longer. Together they have a combined 30+ years of experience in real estate and office management. They have successfully managed large Bay Area and Phoenix expansions, as well as right-sizing initiatives to align real estate and workplace operations with company goals.

They found their inspiration to launch Disrupt after working together at a tech start up where they ran the company’s global real estate operations. Navigating the turbulence of start-up hyper growth armed Emily and Sam with grit, creativity, speed, and foresight. 

Before tech, Emily represented both landlords and tenants as a licensed broker for eight years. During that time, Sam was providing office management for small medical practices. Their resumes are rooted in real estate and office operations which gives them a rare perspective. They can position their clients to make informed and sustainable decisions more quickly.
